We are one of the UK’s largest engineering and technical recruitment companies, and are currently searching for an experience Recruitment Consultant to work in our London office.
The experienced Recruitment Consultant will join a well established recruitment team, where we benefit from supplier agreements with some of the UK’s largest engineering companies across various sectors.
We are searching for a Recruitment Consultant to build up a permanent desk in the engineering sector.
The Recruitment consultant will be expected to carry out the following:
- B2B sales and Business Development
- Candidate attraction and sifting
- Manage relationships with existing clients
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with the following:
- Proven Recruitment experience
- Experience and confidence in sales
- Excellent client liaison skills
- Proven candidate attraction skills
- Commercial awareness
- Hunger for sales
- Highly literate and numerate
